  • If they aren’t coachable, give them a ebook and suggestions as to why

  • PSM III is a prime qualification and you’ll go to the highest of the checklist

Interview Tasks

  • Teach me scrum on a whiteboard
    • If they go off matter, then can ask them inquiries to see if they’re coachable
  • Facilitate a every day scrum
    • Preferably use the workforce that they would be the Scrum Master for
    • Look for if the workforce focus their consideration on the SM, what do they do?
    • Does the SM attempt to make it a standing assembly
  • Facilitate a retro
    • Sending them in chilly, with no preparation time
    • If they do ‘What went effectively, What went unhealthy, What may go higher’ – ask him/her to do one thing else, and in the event that they don’t’ know anything then co-facilitate with them

Interview Questions

Curiosity (1)

  • Ask them, ‘what are you studying?’
    • SM must be curious on a regular basis
    • If their reply is that they don’t learn something, it’s a massive pink flag
