- If they go off matter, then can ask them inquiries to see if they’re coachable
- Facilitate a every day scrum
- Preferably use the workforce that they would be the Scrum Master for
- Look for if the workforce focus their consideration on the SM, what do they do?
- Does the SM attempt to make it a standing assembly
- Facilitate a retro
- Sending them in chilly, with no preparation time
- If they do ‘What went effectively, What went unhealthy, What may go higher’ – ask him/her to do one thing else, and in the event that they don’t’ know anything then co-facilitate with them
Interview Questions
Curiosity (1)
- Ask them, ‘what are you studying?’
- SM must be curious on a regular basis
- If their reply is that they don’t learn something, it’s a massive pink flag
